In the vizrm org charts app, many functions can be found on the left side of the screen in what we call the Sidebar.
Details
This section shows details of the currently selected organization or person on the org chart. You can configure which CRM data is displayed here using custom views. For individual persons, you can also directly edit the data, and any changes will automatically sync with your CRM.
Contacts
This section displays all the person records related to the currently selected organization on the org chart. These contacts come directly from your CRM system. You can drag and drop contacts onto the chart to place them in the appropriate role.
By default, the contact list shows contacts associated with the currently selected organization. You can switch to All CRM mode using the toggle in the search bar to search across all organizations in your CRM — useful when a contact is associated with a different entity than the one you are currently viewing. When you drag an All CRM contact onto the org chart, vizrm automatically updates the CRM association. Learn more about searching and adding contacts
Related Organizations
This section shows all related organizations from your CRM. Depending on your subscription plan, some of these may appear on the org chart as well. Learn more about related organizations here
Activities
In this section, you can view, complete, or create CRM activities for the person currently selected on the org chart. The activity list shows both open and completed (done) activities, giving you the full history of every touchpoint. Use the filter controls to narrow by status (All / Open / Done) or due date range. Deals
This section lists all the deals from your CRM that are related to the currently selected organization on the org chart. Learn more about deals here
