View, complete, create and filter CRM activities — including full activity history — directly from the vizrm org chart sidebar.

You can display, complete, create, and filter activities from your CRM directly on the vizrm chart.

Viewing Activities

Activities for a specific contact are displayed in the sidebar when that contact is selected on the org chart. The activity list shows both open and completed (done) activities, giving you the full history of every touchpoint with that contact.

Filtering Activities

Use the filter controls at the top of the activities panel to narrow down the list:

  • Status: Toggle between All, Open, or Done to focus on the activities that matter to you.

  • Due Date Range: Filter by a specific date range, or use the quick selectors for This Quarter or Next Quarter.

  • Search: Use the search bar to find a specific activity by keyword.

Completing Activities

Activities can be completed from the sidebar under the person details by clicking the ✔ icon. Note: this will also complete the activity in your CRM.

Creating Activities

You can create a new activity from the person context menu or by clicking the "Create Activity" button at the bottom of the activities panel. This will also add an activity on this person's record in your CRM.
