A view controls which CRM fields appear on the cards in your org chart, and how those cards are coloured. Switching view changes what the chart shows you without changing any data.
1. Open Views and click Manage views
On an org chart, click Views at the bottom of the left icon rail, then Manage views.
2. Pick the view you want to change
Select a view from the list on the left, or click + New view to start from scratch. The right side shows an example Company card and Contact card — you edit those directly, and the chart will look like what you build.
3. Add CRM fields to the cards
Click Add company field or Add contact field and choose a property from your CRM. The list is searchable and shows each field's type, so you can tell a date from a dropdown before you add it.
Each card holds up to five fields.
4. Reorder or remove fields
Drag the handle on the left of a field to move it; click the × on the right to take it off the card. The order you set is the order it appears on every card in the chart.
5. Add colour
Pick a dropdown or number field on the Contact card and click its palette icon.
For a dropdown, assign a colour to each value. Those values also appear as coloured pills on the card itself, and the chart legend lists the mapping, so anyone reading the chart can see what the colours mean without being told.
For a number field you pick a low and a high colour instead, and cards blend between them. See Analyze the org chart with custom views.
6. Click Save views
Your fields and colours are applied to the chart.
