The vizrm browser extension / vizrm LinkedIn CRM integration allows users to manage CRM activities and tasks directly from a contact’s LinkedIn profile page.
Viewing and Completing CRM Activities on a LinkedIn profile
On a CRM contact’s LinkedIn profile page, the vizrm browser extension will highlight the number of open activities in the bottom section of the widget on top of the “Activities” tab.
Click on the tab to display a list of the open CRM activities for this contact. The information includes the activity type, due date, and subject. Overdue tasks will be highlighted in red.
Clicking on the checkmark icon on one of the activities will mark the task as completed in the CRM and remove it from the list.
Create new CRM Activities from LinkedIn
To create a new CRM activity from LinkedIn, navigate to the “Activities” tab in the vizrm widget and select “Add Activity”. From here, select the activity type, provide a title/subject, select a due date, and optionally, choose or search for a deal to connect with the task.
Complete the process by clicking “Create Activity”. This will create the activity in the CRM and associate it automatically with the person- and the organization- records displayed in the widget (and optionally a deal when chosen).
