CRM Integration / Field Mapping

Setting up the bi-directional connection between your CRM and vizrm allows you to change the manager information in your CRM as well.

Admin rights are required for these settings

Everything on this page can be changed at any time - job title and LinkedIn are typically set during the initial account setup:

Mapping CRM Fields in vizrm

There are four fields that can be mapped between vizrm and your CRM. You can adjust these settings in Settings → CRM integration (app.vizrm.com/settings).

Job Title

The attribute on a person's record that you are using to describe their job title/role/function that they have in the organization.

LinkedIn Profile Link

This mapping is required for the LinkedIn Integration via the vizrm browser extension. This is the CRM attribute where you store the URL or Link of a contact's LinkedIn profile.
