Admin rights are required - only vizrm admins can configure field mappings.
Overview
vizrm can automatically write calculated values into custom fields on your CRM organization (Pipedrive) or company (HubSpot) records:
Contacts in chart: the number of contacts associated with this organization or company that have been placed on the org chart.
Chart completion %: the percentage of total associated contacts that have been placed on the chart.
Once mapped, these fields update automatically whenever the org chart changes. This makes it easy to track org chart coverage at scale, use the values in CRM filters and reports, or display them on record views.

Step 1 - Create number fields in your CRM
Before you can map the fields in vizrm, you need to create two custom number fields on the Organization (Pipedrive) or Company (HubSpot) object. You can name them whatever makes sense for your team - for example:
Org Chart Contacts and Org Chart Coverage %
vizrm Contacts Mapped and vizrm Chart Completion
Field type must be Number. Other field types (text, dropdown, etc.) are not supported for this mapping.
In Pipedrive
Go to Settings β Company β Data fields.
Click Add custom field under the Organization tab.
Name the field and set the type to Number.
Repeat for the second field.
In HubSpot
In HubSpot, go to Settings β Properties.
Select the Company object.
Click Create property, set the field type to Number, and give it a name.
Repeat for the second field.
Don't forget to include the attributes in the right sidebar views
Step 2 - Map the fields in vizrm
Open vizrm Settings via https://app.vizrm.com/settings (admin access required).
Navigate to CRM Integration β KPI Field Mapping.
Select the CRM field you want to map to Contacts in chart.
Select the CRM field you want to map to Chart completion %.
Save - vizrm will begin syncing values automatically.
How sync works
Values update automatically whenever a contact is added to or removed from an org chart.
The sync is one-directional: vizrm writes to the CRM field. Manual edits to these fields in the CRM will be overwritten on the next sync.
No manual refresh needed - values stay current as your team works.
What you can do with these values
Filter Pipedrive or HubSpot views to find accounts with low chart coverage and prioritize mapping efforts.
Add the fields to CRM list or report views for a coverage overview across all accounts.
Use completion % as a qualification criterion in deal reviews or QBR preparation.
