1. On the org chart menu click the Views button
2. Navigate to Quick Views and choose a pre-set heat map view
3. Select # Completed Activities to show a heat map highlighting how active you have been with individual stakeholders
4. Select Completed Since to show recently active contacts
5. Pick a time frame to analyze
6. The view highlights the contacts that have or haven't been touched in the last 90 days
