vizrm allows for complete customization of the data/attributes displayed on the org chart and in the details section of the sidebar. These customizations can be stored in so-called “views”. A view is defined as a set of attributes from the CRM overlayed on the org chart and the details section of the sidebar.
Quick views are pre-defined views available to all vizrm users. They provide ready-made heat map-style reports on the CRM activity and deal values related to an organization.
To apply a quick view, go to the chart menu and select the views drop-down. From here, hover over “Quick Views” and select one of the options below. This will apply the view in a color gradient to the org chart and update the color legend at the bottom-left of the chart.
Done Activities: This is a heatmap for the contact's completed CRM tasks and e-mails sent. The contact with the most associated completed activities is green, and the one with the fewest is red. This gives an immediate overview of who the warmest contacts are and where there is still an opportunity to engage.
Open Activities (only available with the Pipedrive integration): This is a heatmap for the contact's planned CRM tasks. The contact with the most associated open tasks is green, and the one with the fewest is red. This view instantly highlights where there is a defined action plan in the organization and where areas are for further exploration.
Overdue Activities (only available with the Pipedrive integration): This view highlights all contacts with overdue activities in red, giving a quick overview of where urgency appears in the account.
Last Activity Date: This is a heatmap showing the days since the contact last completed a CRM task or sent an e-mail. In this view, the person with the latest completed activity is green, and the one with the most time passed since the last activity is read. This shows immediately where it is time to follow up again.
Total Deal Value (only available with the Pipedrive integration): If persons have assigned deals to an org chart in vizrm, a heat-map report summarizing the values of all open deals a person is related to on the chart. Thereby giving a fast overview of the most focal & valuable contacts in the account.
