⚠️ You need to be a vizrm admin to add users to the account.
Adding a colleague to vizrm is two separate things: inviting them, and making sure there's a licence for them to use. They can happen in either order — an invitation doesn't reserve a licence, and a licence doesn't do anything until someone holds it.
1. Open Users & Subscription
Click the button with your initials in the top right of the vizrm app, then Admin Settings, then Users & Subscription under Company Administration.
2. Invite the people you want
Click Invite users.
Your CRM users are already listed under From your CRM — tick the ones you want. For anyone who isn't in your CRM, type their address in Or invite someone by email and click Add.
3. Check the licence count, then send
The strip at the top of the dialogue tells you how many licences are free and how many invitations are already outstanding. If you're inviting more people than you have licences for, it turns amber:
You can still send. Licences are handed out as people install vizrm, while any are left — so the first to accept get them, and anyone after that arrives with No license until you assign one or buy a seat.
Click Send invites.
Invited people appear in the user list straight away with an amber invited pill. Invitations don't expire, and you can Remind or Revoke them under Pending invites in the same dialogue.
4. Add a licence — if you need one
Open the Plans & billing tab. The bar shows how many seats are assigned against how many you've bought. Click + beside it to add one.
What happens next depends on your account:
If you already have a subscription and a card on file, the seat is added immediately and your bill adjusts.
If this is your first purchase, you'll be taken through checkout to set up the subscription.
More seats in the invite dialogue's amber warning does the same thing, without leaving the invitation you were part-way through.
5. Assign the licence
Back on the Users tab, choose Professional in the Plan dropdown on that person's row.
There's no save button — the change applies immediately.
A licence can only go to someone who has accepted their invitation. Until then their row shows No license and there's nothing to choose.
6. Make them an admin, if they need it
Tick Admin on their row. Admins can reach CRM Integration, Enrichment Tools, AI Data Processing and Users & Subscription — and they don't need a licence to do it, so an admin who doesn't use vizrm day to day costs you nothing.
Removing a seat later
A − appears next to the seats bar when you have a spare, unassigned seat. Take a licence off someone first if you need to free one up. The lower price applies from your next renewal.
