Adding new users and removing users. Updating user rights, status and licenses / subscriptions. Admin rights.

Note: You need to have admin rights to access user management.

You navigate to User Management via Settings > Manage Account > Users & Subscription

Your User Management page shows you the number of subscriptions (i.e. user licenses) available to your account. Further here you find all users on your account, their status and assigned plan.

Add new user

1. Invite the user

You can invite users to vizrm using the "invite users" button from the top-menu or with the "invite users" button from the User Management page.

Once you provided the e-mail address of the use you would like to invite, they will receive a message with instructions for installation and appear in your user list with the status "invited".

2. User accepts invitation

When the user has installed vizrm, they will appear with the status active in the user management table.

If you have an un-assigned license available at the time of the user's sign up, it will be assigned to the new user automatically. You can always change license assignments later.

3. Remind a user

You can send a reminder to a user with status "invited" by clicking "remind" next to the users name in the table.

Deactivate users

You can deactivate a user by clicking the menu next to the contact in the table and selecting "deactivate".

Activate users

You can re-activate users by clicking "activate" from the ... menu next to a user in the table.

Assign licenses

You can assign, re-assign or remove licenses from any user by clicking on the ... menu and selecting "change plan".

Some general rules guiding the vizrm licensing:

  1. Users with the status "active" need to have a subscription plan (i.e. license) assigned

  2. Admin users need to have a subscription plan (i.e. license) assigned

Delete users

You can only delete users with the status "deactivated". If a user has this status, select the ... menu on this user and click "delete user" to permanently delete the user.

Admin rights

Users with admin rights can access the CRM Integration and Users & Subscription menus in the Account Management Settings.
