Install vizrm from the Pipedrive Marketplace - more about installation
Field Mapping
Before you start, make sure the right fields in Pipedrive are mapped to vizrm.
Go to vizrm settings (admin access required).
Select the custom fields you want to map (e.g., job title, LinkedIn URL, manager).
Save the configuration - once set up, vizrm and Pipedrive will stay in sync automatically.
How to access Org-Charts from Pipedrive
You can open org charts directly from Pipedrive:
On a Person, Organization, or Deal record, click the three-dot menu.
Select Show Org Chart to open the vizrm chart.
For deals, vizrm automatically filters by deal participants, so you immediately see the buying center.
Org chart panel on Organization records
The vizrm panel appears automatically on Organization records for all users once vizrm is connected - no setup required.
The vizrm panel in the Pipedrive left sidebar lets you see an organization's org chart at a glance without leaving Pipedrive. It shows:
Org chart thumbnail - a visual preview of the current chart for this organization.
Contact count - how many contacts associated with this organization have been placed in the org chart.
Updated - date when the org chart was last updated
Open Org Chart - launches a modal inside HubSpot with the org chart
Move the panel to the top of the sidebar
For the best experience, move the vizrm panel to the top of the left sidebar. Here's how:
Open any Organization record in Pipedrive.
Scroll to the vizrm panel in the left sidebar.
Use the drag handle to reorder panels and move vizrm to the top.
Save your configuration.
This setting is per user - each team member can set their own preferred order.
Opening the full org chart
Click Open in the vizrm panel to launch the org chart viewer. The viewer opens as a modal inside Pipedrive - you stay on the same page.
Viewer Capabilities
From the viewer, you can zoom and pan to navigate the full chart.
To make changes to the chart, click the Edit button on the top right of the viewer window. This opens vizrm in a new browser tab with the full editor for this organization.
Tip: If the thumbnail is empty, the chart has not been built yet for this organization. Click Edit in vizrm to start building it.
Syncing org chart KPIs to Pipedrive fields
vizrm can automatically write org chart coverage data back into custom number fields on your Pipedrive Organization records - for example, how many contacts have been placed on the chart and what percentage of total contacts that represents.

How Persons are created and updated from vizrm
You can manage people records in Pipedrive directly from vizrm:
Create a person: Add a contact in vizrm and it syncs to Pipedrive instantly.
Update a person: Change attributes like job title or department in vizrm, and the updates reflect in Pipedrive.
This also works through the LinkedIn browser extension: add or update contacts directly from LinkedIn profiles.
How Organizations and Related Organizations are created and updated from vizrm
With vizrm, you can easily manage company structures:
Create a new organization directly from the org chart.
Add related organizations such as parent-child relationships (subsidiaries, divisions, etc.).
Edit related organizations with drag & drop on the org-chart
Pipedrive records are automatically updated with the correct organizational links.
How Activities are created and updated from vizrm
Activities help you keep track of engagement and tasks:
From any person or organization in vizrm, select Create New Activity.
If no person is selected, the activity is linked to the organization.
Activities created in vizrm sync back to Pipedrive (and vice versa).
With the LinkedIn extension, you can also view, complete, or add activities without leaving LinkedIn.
How Deals are created and updated from vizrm
Manage opportunities seamlessly between vizrm and Pipedrive:
Add participants to a deal directly from the org chart - vizrm updates the deal in Pipedrive automatically.
Create new deals from vizrm by selecting pipeline, stage, title, value, and close date.
Deal management also works inside the LinkedIn extension for maximum flexibility.
