Follow these steps to get started with the Pipedrive-LinkedIn integration powered by vizrm:
1. Download the Browser extension
Add the extension to your browser from https://app.vizrm.com/extension-download
2. Map Pipedrive fields with LinkedIn data
To make the integration work, you need to map two pieces of information from LinkedIn to fields in your CRM via https://app.vizrm.com/settings:
Job-Title: this is a field in your Pipedrive that holds the position/title/role of a contact (e.g. Account Manager, VP Sales, CRO). It is important to map this field so it can be auto-filled by the integration.
LinkedIn-Link: this is a field in your Pipedrive that holds the link to a person's LinkedIn page (e.g. https://www.linkedin.com/in/markusmeier1/). It is important to map this field so the integration can uniquely identify a contact.
3. Configure Pipedrive fields to be displayed on LinkedIn
You can configure any Pipedrive fields to be displayed in your LinkedIn under the "details" section of the extension:
Go to https://app.vizrm.com/extension-settings and add/remove/arrange the fields before selecting "save view":
4. Activity Types for Messages & Connection Requests
Vizrm's LinkedIn Integration allows users to automatically track Connection Requests and LinkedIn Messages in your CRM.
These LinkedIn interactions will be tracked as Activities in the CRM. You can configure the type of CRM activity for each at https://app.vizrm.com/extension-settings
