As an administrator go to the Account Management page (https://app.vizrm.com/user-management) via settings > manage account > Users & Subscription and select "manage subscription" at the top-right.

You will be forwarded to your subscription center where you can select "update plan" for your subscription plan:

Increase the quantity of users as needed:

and continue to the payment confirmation
