Mapping CRM Fields in vizrm

There are four fields that can be mapped between vizrm and your CRM. You can adjust these settings at app.vizrm.com/settings

Job Title

The attribute on a person's record that you are using to describe their job title/role/function that they have in the organization.

Manager

This mapping will store org-chart links into Pipedrive and build org-charts based on this information. Therefore alowing bi-sided editing of org-charts (from vizrm OR from CRM).

Vizrm will store the person that is situated above a contact on the chart in this field.

Therefore this field needs to be of the field type "person". See a guide on how to set this up in Pipedrive below.

LinkedIn Profile Link

This mapping is required for the LinkedIn Integration via the vizrm browser extension. This is the CRM attribute where you store the URL or Link of a contact's LinkedIn profile.

Decision Making Role

This mapping anticipates future functionality for improved chart analysis. It describes the role a person plays in making a purchasing decision for your deals.

Creating a “Manager” field in Pipedrive

If you prefer to store as well the hierarchy you create on the account chart in vizrm in your Pipedrive system, this is best done by creating a field (for example, called “Manager”) for persons that contains the link to their direct manager.

This will allow you to quickly navigate between the persons within Pipedrive via hyperlink.

1. Navigate to a person page in Pipedrive & select “Customize fields“

2. Select “Add a new field” at the bottom of the list

3. For the manager field, you need to choose a “person” field type

Now you are all set! If you’d like to dig deeper, you can also refer to the Pipedrive documentation
