Managing your vizrm subscription is easy. Just go to the Account Management page (https://app.vizrm.com/user-management or settings > manage account > Users & Subscription ) and select "manage subscription" at the top-right.

You will be forwarded to your subscription center where you can change your subscription type (e.g. from monthly billing to annual billing) or cancel your subscription.

You can also change or update your payment method here.

Scrolling down in your subscription center, you can update your billing information, including your company & value added tax ID (VAT-ID) information if you require this on your invoice.

You can access your billing history and all your past invoices at the bottom of your subscription center.

To open an invoice klick the icon next to a billing date.
