Managing your payment details is easy.
Go to the Account Management page (https://app.vizrm.com/user-management or ⚙️ > manage account > Users & Subscription ) and select "invoices & payment information " at the top right.
Changing my payment method
You will be forwarded to your subscription center, where you can change or update your payment method and credit card details. Select "+ Add payment method" to add another payment method or credit card.
If you wish to update your credit card, select the "..." menu next to the payment method to edit it.
Editing billing information
Scrolling down in your subscription center, you can update your billing information, including your company and value-added tax ID (VAT-ID) information, if you require this on your invoice. Select "Update Information" to edit your billing details.
Accessing invoices & billing history
You can access your billing history and past invoices at the bottom of your subscription center.
To open an invoice, click the icon next to a billing date.
