Set up Enrichment Tools (connect your data providers)

Admins: connect your own Apollo, Hunter, or Lusha account so your team can reveal contact email and phone inside vizrm.

Enrichment Tools let your team reveal a contact's email and phone number directly inside vizrm, using your own data enrichment provider. vizrm is not a data vendor: enrichment runs entirely on the API tokens you provide, and any revealed data is written straight into your CRM.

This is an admin setup. Once it is configured, every user on your account can reveal contacts from the org chart and from LinkedIn.

Providers supported at launch

vizrm currently integrates with Apollo, Hunter, and Lusha. If you use a different provider, use the "Request a tool" button in the settings panel to tell us, and we will prioritize adding it.

Connect a provider

  1. Go to admin settings and open Enrichment Tools (https://app.vizrm.com/enrichment-tools)

  2. Under Tool, choose your provider (Apollo, Hunter, or Lusha).

  3. Paste your provider API token into the API token field.

  4. Click Add & validate. vizrm validates the token and shows what it is valid for (for example email and phone.)

Set the order (waterfall enrichment)

You can add more than one provider. Drag them to set the order in the list. vizrm calls them top to bottom when enriching a contact: if the first provider has no result, the next one is tried. This "waterfall" approach gives you the combined coverage of all your providers.

You can edit or delete a connected provider, or toggle it on and off, at any time.

Where your team uses it

After setup, users see Reveal buttons for email and phone on a contact, both in the org chart contact panel and in the vizrm LinkedIn sidebar. See the article "Reveal a contact's email and phone" for the user workflow... More

Notes

  • Enrichment runs on your own provider account and tokens. Usage counts against your provider plan.

  • Revealed values are written to the CRM contact record. vizrm does not store contact data outside your CRM.
