How to add multiple users to vizrm as a Pipedrive admin

As a Pipedrive admin, you can set up vizrm for your entire team so that each user has access to the org chart extension without having to install it individually. This guide walks you through the process.

Prerequisites

  • You must have admin access in Pipedrive.

  • vizrm must already be installed and connected to your Pipedrive account.

Steps to add multiple users

  1. Go to your Pipedrive Marketplace settings
    In Pipedrive, navigate to your company settings and open the Marketplace Apps section.

  2. Find the vizrm app
    Locate the vizrm extension in your list of installed apps.

  3. Open user management
    Click on vizrm to open the app settings. You'll see an option to manage which users have access.

  4. Add users
    Select the team members you want to grant access to. You can add all users in your Pipedrive organization at once, or choose specific individuals.

  5. Save your changes
    Confirm the selection. The added users will now have access to vizrm and can start using the extension when viewing their Pipedrive accounts.
