Heatmaps colour the org chart by CRM activity, so you can read account coverage without opening a single contact.
1. Open the heatmap menu
On an org chart, click the heatmap button in the toolbar at the top right.
2. Choose # Completed to see how active you've been with each stakeholder
The chart colours by the number of completed activities per contact. The legend at the bottom left shows the range — in this example from no activities done to seven.
3. Choose Completed Since… to find who's gone quiet
Pick a time frame: 30, 90 or 180 days, or enter any number of days between 1 and 365.
4. Click Apply
The chart splits into contacts you've touched inside that window and contacts you haven't — so the people slipping out of the account are obvious at a glance.
