About the vizrm Dashboard

The vizrm dashboard provides a quick overview of the account management status by displaying key statistics and a comprehensive list of active accounts.

Navigate to the dashboard by going to https://app.vizrm.com/ or by clicking the vizrm logo at the top-left of any vizrm app page.

Dashboard Menu

The dashboard menu is found at the top of the page and provides filtering capability and toggles to display and hide the metrics and table sections below.

The filter applies to both the metrics and the table and allows for filtering of the organizations displayed by:

  1. The status of the associated deals to the Organizations, i.e., whether they have open, won, or lost deals. This allows us to quickly filter down to the organizations with an open pipeline (“Open”) or existing customers (“Won”), etc.

  2. Close Dates of the associated deals - allows seeing an organization with a pipeline that closed before a certain date

  3. Organization Owner - allows filtering for the owner of the organization record in the CRM

Note: The dashboard does not display organizations with no deals associated. We consider it best practice to associate deals with an organization whenever a sales team works on them.

Metrics Section

This section shows four key Metrics that allow for understanding quickly the progress of the account mapping activities:

  1. Number of organizations that exist for the specified filter in the CRM

  2. The number and percentage of these organizations that have an org chart in vizrm

  3. Number of person records that are associated with these organizations in the CRM

  4. The number and percentage of these person records that have been placed on an org chart

Table Section

The table section shows more details on the organizations that exist for the specified filter in the CRM. The chart can be sorted by these categories, which allows for quick viewing of the list by different priorities, e.g., the biggest organizations by pipeline or person records, or organizations with the most work to do on account mapping.

  1. Organization Name - this is a link to the org chart in vizrm

  2. Total Pipeline - the sum of all open deals that are associated with this organization

  3. Next Close Date - the close date of the deal associated with the organization that is closest to today

  4. Contacts - the number of person / contact records associated with the organization in the CRM

  5. On Chart - the number and percentage of these person records that have been placed on the org-chart

  6. New - the number of contacts associated with this organization that have been created in the last 30 days in the CRM

  7. Owner - the organization record owner from the CRM
