Open a (new) Org Chart in vizrm
To start building an org chart, navigate to the organization in vizrm. This can be done in four ways:
From the home dashboard (https://app.vizrm.com/), select “Open Chart” in the top center to open a chart for a specific organization, or click on any link in the table below that lists the organization.
From any point in vizrm, use the search to navigate to an organization.
From within Pipedrive, navigate to an organization, person, or deal record and select the … (three-dot-menu) on the top right. This menu has the option “open org chart” with the vizrm logo. This option will redirect to a new browser tab with the org chart in the vizrm app.
From LinkedIn: when using the vizrm CRM-LinkedIn integration, navigate to a LinkedIn profile. In the vizrm widget on the right side of the screen, select the … (three-dot-menu) and choose the option “open org-chart”
Zoom & Scroll
To quickly navigate more extensive org charts, users can use the browser's scroll functionality, which can be accessed through the scroll bars, trackpad, or mouse wheel.
At the bottom right of an org chart is the “zoom menu”. Which has three options to zoom the org-chart:
Zoom In
Center Chart - this will zoom out to show the entire org chart on the screen
Zoom Out
Zooming the org chart can also be done by holding the Cmd key (on Mac) or Ctrl (on PC) key on the keyboard while scrolling (on a trackpad or mouse wheel).
Lastly, it is possible to zoom the org chart by pressing Cmd + + / Cmd + - on a Mac or Ctrl + + / Ctrl + - on a PC.
