Changing your subscription

Managing your subscription is easy: go to the Account Management page (https://app.vizrm.com/user-management or ⚙️ > manage account > Users & Subscription ).

The top section of the screen shows the licenses/products you have purchased and how many have already been assigned to users. You can use the plus—and minus buttons next to the status bars to add or remove licenses.

Select "manage subscription" to go to the vizrm shop.

After adjusting the number of licenses, you will see a preview of your next invoice. We prorate changes to your subscription until the next invoice, which will be illustrated in the table below the license status bars.

When navigating to the shop, either by selecting "manage subscription" on the user management page or directly via https://app.vizrm.com/shop, you can add additional modules/products to your subscription where applicable and adjust the ones you already subscribe to.
